About Julie Martin
I am a trial attorney whose practice is primarily in the areas of construction, personal injury/insurance, professional and product liability, and commercial litigation. I serve as the chair of the firm's Litigation Department, and in the past, I have served as Conn Kavanaugh's Managing Partner. As a certified mediator now for several years, I also act as a neutral in resolving a wide range of private disputes. I am skilled in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all state and federal trial courts, as well as before the American Arbitration Association. In my 34 years at the bar, I have tried numerous jury and non-jury cases to successful verdicts and awards.
