About Judy Pope
i have been deemed qualified by the kansas supreme court as an "approved" civil litigation mediator and enjoy helping people find a path to resolution of their claims in a way that is acceptable to all parties. also, for more than 35 years i have aggressively advocated for my clients in personal injury, death, malpractice and workers' compensation claims. my experience covers representation dealing with a wide range of traumatic injuries, including back and neck injuries, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, loss of limbs, ptsd, and more. i have served as lead counsel in many jury trials since 1984 and have personally handled numerous appeals to the court of appeals and the kansas supreme court. i feel strongly that it is a privilege to be entrusted with what is generally the most significant thing that persons who hire me have going in their lives. i try very hard to honor that trust by working hard and communicating clearly and fairly.
