Judith Nesburn

I am a Los Angeles based Family Law attorney, Mediator and Collaborative Law practitioner with 26 years of experience in all family law matters. During this time, I have published many articles and continue to teach classes and give lectures on family law at a wide range of forums. My goal is to provide sensitive, compassionate and competent service to family law clients in an atmosphere of respect and dignity. Prior to earning my law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, I earned Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. Through the years, I have served on the Board of the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association, on the Executive Committee of the California State Bar Family Law Section, as Continuing Education Chair of the Family Law Section, as Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the State Bar Family Law Section and on the Executive Committee of the Beverly Hills Bar ADR Section. I have coordinated and served as a panelist at many seminars and workshops including those sponsored by the State Bar of California, International Association of Collaborative Attorneys and the American Bar Association and lectured on Interest Based Negotiation at UCLA Extension and on Family Law at the USC Graduate School of Social Work. I serve as a mediator for the appellate and family law courts and for private individuals throughout the Los Angeles area.
