Since retiring from the bench, Chuck Malone has focused his practice on alternative dispute resolution and litigation. Chuck has over 15 years’ experience on the bench, both as Circuit Judge and as Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. He now utilizes that experience as a mediator, arbitrator, and litigator.
