My goal is to help people get to a better spot than they were in before we started working together. I am an attorney that assists clients with business, real estate, and employment matters. Specifically, I help clients: -Start, buy, and sell businesses -Buy and sell commercial and residential real estate -Prepare, negotiate, and understand business, employment, real estate contracts -Perform due diligence on complex commercial real estate acquisitions -Prosecute and defend their rights in lawsuits -Defend against licensing and employment complaints -Prosecute and defend against discrimination and wage claims -Negotiate resolutions to conflicts -Protect their good name and interests -Advocate students' rights in academic appeals -Achieve their goals!
