Many of these cases involve claims arising out of public offerings, disclosure obligations, proxy contests, alleged insider trading, accounting practices, or allegations of breaches of fiduciary duties.I regularly represent clients in mission-critical commercial disputes involving the financial services, sports, media and entertainment, food and beverage, technology, healthcare, and real estate industries. I have significant experience representing clients in matters arising from commercial contracts, founder and corporate ownership claims, competitor interference, class actions, fiduciary duties, debt and equity raises, and consumer protection. I also regularly represent clients on pre-litigation strategies and diligence, resulting in many disputes that are resolved or avoided outside of litigation.
