Joshua Cittadino

Joshua P. Cittadino is a founding Partner of Sanvenero & Cittadino LLC. He earned a degree in Sports Business Management from the State University of New York at Cortland in 2008. Here he played collegiate lacrosse, where he was a First Team All American and competed in four National Champions, winning one as a player and one as a coach. Joshua then moved on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Barry University Law and graduated in 2014. Joshua is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York and in Florida and is also admitted to practice in Federal Court in the District of New Jersey and Southern District of Florida. His practice focuses on broad range of real estate matters, civil and construction litigation and he has extensive experience handling transactional matters dealing with businesses of all sizes. His real estate practice includes drafting and negotiating residential and commercial purchase agreements and commercial leases. On the business transactional side of his practice, he deals with a variety of employment, service and intellectual property agreements and helps his clients obtain trademarks to fit their needs. Additionally, Joshua has represented clients dealing with unfair employment practices in both State and Federal Court. Joshua is a board member of the Columbian Lawyers Association, First Department where he helps organize continuing legal education classes for fellow attorneys and legal events such as the Charles A. Rapallo and Justice Antonin Scalia Award Luncheon. He is also a founding member of the Will Barrow Memorial, which is a crisis help hotline at the University of Virginia. From everyday business legal needs to the most complex matters, Joshua works closely with his clientele to bring them an efficient and effective process of lawyering that helps resolve conflicts and provide results.
