"We Won!!" wasn't something Josh heard a lot as a kid growing up in East Cobb Never the sportiest fellow, there was no sportsball career in his future despite his innate athletic ability. After graduating from The Walker School in 1994 Josh went North, to Clark University, in Worcester, Massachusetts (hippies, New Yorkers, and tons of international students) to study International Relations. Chasing young love back to Georgia, Josh next graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 2002 without any honors. He was on Mock Trial and did Moot Court, though. Set some (fishing) records with STLA, surveyed Atlanta’s millennium nightlife, and was #really fun to spend time with. Josh clerked in Cobb Superior Court, closed real estate during the boom, eventually figuring out that Talking was his bailiwick, so Josh embarked on a Public Defense career and LOVED IT!!!! After Josh graduated from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming (www.triallawyerscollege.com/) in 2007, he quit working for the State and hung out a shingle to better #SaveTheWorld. Wandering Solo was a bore, so Doug Chanco (former #JerkProsecutor Josh fought with all the time) argued with Josh to partner with him, and Doug won in 2010-ish. Now "We Won!" is a touch more common... Acquittals and Dismissals, rulings and settlements, major wins IN TRIAL. Millions in recoveries. That is what JD Law Group does for you.
