Josh Loevy

My practice is focused on insurance coverage. My relevant experience includes representation of clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation cases, including insurance coverage, class action, and breach of contract disputes, in federal and state trial and appellate courts.I am very interested in Media Law and am actively expanding my practice focus to include a variety of legal representation in media-related issues. Prior to joining the firm, I served as a legal intern for the Johnson County Public Defender’s Office, where I conducted legal research on constitutional issues, researched the possible primary theory of defense on behalf of a client charged with first-degree murder, and conducted jury research for a murder trial. I have also volunteered with the Citizen Lawyer Program for Iowans For Fair & Impartial Courts.Outside of work, I am a devoted fan of the St. Louis Rams and Iowa Hawkeyes.
