About Joseph Steinfeld
Mr. Steinfeld is the co-managing partner of ASK LLP formerly known as ASK Financial LLP. and chair of the firm's litigation practice. He has extensive litigation and appellate experience and has argued hundreds cases at the trial and appellate level, including the Supreme Court. Mr. Steinfeld is first chair in all litigation exceeding $100,000 at issue and has had numerous million dollar plus verdicts upheld on appeal. He is nationally recognized in the bankruptcy field as an expert in avoidance litigation. With more than 28 years experience in the bankruptcy, insolvency, commercial and administrative law fields he has developed extensive contacts at the highest level of this practice. He is a regular lecturer at CLE seminars offered at trade conferences and in-house seminars to law firms. He has published numerous articles relating to transportation and bankruptcy avoidance law. Prior to joining ASK LLP in 1996, he was a partner in two Washington, D.C. commercial litigation law firms.
