I am a diversely experienced corporate attorney with strong expertise in software licensing and cloud offerings. I support Sales, Procurement, Product, and other departments to help close commercial deals and resolve other corporate legal issues. I have proven success with drafting template, negotiating deals, supporting new product initiatives, and providing timely and competent legal support. I have served as in-house counsel for close to ten years and, in addition to the above, have successfully supported projects relating to acquisitions, real estate, data privacy compliance, and other corporate matters. I pride myself on my ability to present information in a way which is tailored to my audience and in my ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish tasks in a timely manner. When negotiating, I seek creative solutions to complex issues, working to understand what concerns my counter party really wants to address, and providing viable solutions which do not create undue risk or exposure on my side.
