About Joseph Cook
I am a native Montana who grew up on cattle ranches and basketball courts. Small town cafes, corrals and high school gyms will always be some of my favorite places, and thankfully my wife, Audrey, son, Harrison, and daughters, Emma and Hannah, are always ready and willing for a trip. I became a Trial Lawyer to help people who have been seriously injured by the negligence of others and Montana business who are in the middle of disputes (or trying to avoid them). My background working with a diverse demographic groups, agriculture communities and businesses allows me to understand both the personal and business components of a dispute as well as the legal ramifications.
