My work focuses on helping students meet NYS Department of State licensing requirements while fostering their practical skills in real estate transactions and financing and also on educating professionals during their Continuing Education. With over 12 years as President of Vasquez & Associates Real Estate, Inc., I have guided teams in marketing properties, coordinating contracts, and overseeing financing and lease negotiations. My mission is to combine industry expertise with a dedication to education, enabling individuals and organizations to thrive in the real estate market.
