Jorge Borron

Jorge C. Borron is considered one of the most highly regarded personal injury attorneys in Florida. He has been engaged in a multifaceted civil trial practice for over 28 years, with a focus on complex civil litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, prescription drug and property claims. His success in front of juries includes multi-million dollar verdicts. He has successfully obtained multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts in product liability, prescription drug and wrongful death. He has obtained verdicts in excess of $230 million. Born in Havana, Cuba, Jorge migrated to the United States in 1968. Jorge attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. He attended the Ohio Northern College of Law and attained a Juris Doctor. In 1987, Jorge was admitted to The Florida Bar and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to starting his own law firm, Jorge began his career at a small firm where the main focus was commercial and personal injury law. He then joined an insurance defense firm, also gaining experience as a defense attorney. In 1994, Jorge opened his own law firm, Alvarez, Armas & Borron, P.A. His practice focused on Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, wrongful death, product liability and insurance first-party related claims.
