About Jordan El-Hag
After spending years as a union organizer and union leader, I became frustrated with the shortcomings of the american labor movement. Everyday I experienced first hand the mistreatment working people were facing at the job, even when they were represented by a labor union. Most working people are treated as numbers on a profit and loss statement. They have their wages stolen by unscrupulous employers, are victims of discrimination, are denied leave to care for themselves or sick family members and are not provided with the best working conditions possible. I decided that the only way to take on this economic injustice was to broaden the services I provided to working people. El-Hag & Associates, P.C provides the legal representation working people need when thier rights are violated in the workplace; we educate working people about their rights so they can stop violations before they occur; and we build community partnerships with people and organizations that are committed to advancing the well-being of the working community.
