Jordan Cameron is the founding partner of CMRN law. He is an experienced litigator and business strategist, whose practice balances commercial litigation and compliance consulting. As a litigator, Mr. Cameron regularly represents clients in claims involving contract enforcement /interpretation, copyright /trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, licensing disputes, ownership/member disputes, employment disputes, unlawful competition, fraud, and consumer based claims. As a consultant, Mr. Cameron performs compliance audits and creates compliance strategies and corresponding policies related to consumer communications, advertising, and data privacy matters arising from state, federal and international laws and regulations including, as examples, the federal CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the FTC’s Truth in Advertising regulations.
