I am currently Partner at The Potomac Law Group, PLLC, where I specialize in employment, pharmacy/pharmaceutical, commercial and real estate litigation and advice. We pride ourselves on a very client-focused approach to the practice -- whether it be on the efficient use of our time, the need to understand our clients' business, or simply being there when they call.I have extensive trial and arbitration experience in state and federal courts and before arbitration panelists across the country, and have been national counsel for one of the country's largest drug store chains for the coordination of its pharmacy-related lawsuits. We have been asked by many major pharmaceutical companies to represent pharmacies in suits throughout the U.S, and represent numerous pharmacies (chain and independent pharmacies) before the California Board of Pharmacy.Specialties: Employment and Labor, Pharmacy and Commercial and Real Estate matters. We also handle other litigation matters, including NLRB and various administrative law issues.I’m also Executive Producer of the Ballyrane Sessions in Wexford, Ireland
