Jonathan Goidel

As a founding member of Goidel & Siegel, LLP, I have more than 30 years of experience representing individuals who have suffered injuries as a result of the negligence or wrongful conduct of others. I have successfully tried many cases to verdict in NYC's five counties, argued appeals in the NYS Court of Appeals and the 1st and 2nd Departments and participated in countless arbitration and mediations, all in the pursuit of winning for our clients. My practice is focused on significant personal injury matters, including construction accidents, serious motor vehicle accidents, and product liability cases. I have extensive knowledge of the New York State Labor Law, the product liability laws, and the relevant statutes and regulations. I also have prior experience in commercial litigation, real estate, securities, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights.
