About Jonathan Fink
The majority of my practice has focused on representing financial institutions and other businesses, including those in the apparel and real estate industries, often in complex and class action litigation. I have been actively involved in preparing numerous trials and arbitrations, most as first or second chair. In addition, I am a California Certified Appellate Specialist and have handled in excess of 200 appeals and been responsible for several amicus briefs. I have also served as one of the General Counsel for a large, regional law firm, addressing the myriad issues that can entail, from the mundane to the catastrophic.
