Over forty-five years’ experience with small businesses, entity formation, employment law, contracts, trademarks, copyrights, and real estate. Comprehensive representation of religious, spiritual, and non-profit organizations, concerning private inurement, public benefit, UBIT, dispute resolution, and other matters that arise along those paths requiring a nuanced and non-judgmental touch. Extensive experience with Taiwan-based companies, have functioned as the U.S. general counsel for subsidiaries of China and Taiwan businesses, and currently serve as general counsel to the Ananda Church of Self-Realization worldwide. Mensa member since 1968. Offices in Palo Alto CA and Phoenix AZ. Despite practicing law for decades I retain a sense of humor, humanity, and humility.
