Author & writer regarding legal issues dealing with firearms, weapons, & self defense pursuant to Florida and Federal law. My book "Florida Firearms - Law, Use & Ownership" has sold over 285,000 copies; I write a featured monthly legal column for law enforcement; and blog on important issues to the Florida firearms community. For fun, I have a fantasy poetry website that I developed and maintain that is one of the top ranked sites for that genre in the nation, and more recently began writing and performing "cowboy poetry", under my western stories pseudonym, "Marshal T. Justice", as well as creating a number of YouTube videos, website, and very unique and groundbreaking "cinematic style" cowboy poetry book. I was also a professional musician when much younger, and still compose on occasion, and have just begun trying my hand at play writing thanks to the urging of a local group.
