Since becoming an attorney I have handled various types of cases in the areas of criminal, real estate/foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, entertainment and general civil litigation. I am experienced in every area of foreclosure defense, from the thorough review of the complaint for possible TILA and RESPA violations, to filing discovery requests that often lead to case dismissals. Also extremely accomplished in the areas of loan modifications through mediation or conciliations. Extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, from the initial electronic filing to filing motions to value collateral and strip second liens, to fighting adversarial proceedings. I currently represent numerous small businesses in corporate structuring, drafting and reviewing contracts, collection of accounts receivables and protecting from copyright and trademark infringement. But what I love the most is criminal law. I have defended numerous individuals in jury trials, in both State and Federal cases, involving complex litigation issues in both criminal and civil cases including multiple defendants, ballistics, fingerprint, scientific and extensive documents evidence, confidential informants and cooperating codefendants. I also have extensive deposition and bench trial experience.
