As owner of the Law Office of John J. Roach, I have represented personal injury victims across the San Francisco Bay Area since 2009. My practice is built on extensive trial experience — including a 9-for-9 verdict record and the first in-person San Francisco civil jury trial held post-COVID in November 2020 (featured in Plaintiff Magazine).I represent individuals seriously injured by negligent or wrongful conduct, on a contingency fee basis, with a focus on litigation against major insurance companies in Northern California. Case results include a $6 million pedestrian traumatic brain injury settlement, a $2.185 million brain injury settlement, a $750,000 UIM arbitration award, and a $300,000 jury verdict in Converse v. Adkins (Alameda County, 2025).
