Served 24 years in the Mississippi House of Representatives, elected from portions of Hinds and Rankin Counties. Former Vice-Chairman of the Jackson, Mississippi, Redevelopment Authority. Currently serving as Chairman of the Madison, Mississippi, Planning and Zoning Commission. Also, currently serving as prosecutor in the Municipal Court of Madison, Mississippi.
