About John O'Brien
Partner. John's practice primarily includes general insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and subrogation matters at the trial and appellate level. He also concentrates in the areas of professional and executive liability, premises liability, products liability, and employment litigation. John also represents insurers and employers at informal, pre-formal, and formal hearings before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission and during appeals before the Compensation Review Board. John has also tried a number of cases to conclusion before the Workers’ Compensation Commission and at the Superior Court. John also has experience defending workers’ compensation claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.
