About John Morgan
I have been practicing law since 1992. For the first six or seven years of practice I worked largely for Insurance companies and large corporations. I handled insurance coverage, personal injury, products liability and premises liability cases. I then "switched sides." Currently, I represent individuals, families and small businesses. I practice general business litigation, personal injury and workers compensation. I have many clients who run franchises. I have been the lead litigation counsel for the Gasoline and Automotive Service Dealers of America (GASDA) for some time now. Specialties: The CT rules of professional responsibility largely prohibit an attorney from claiming to be a "specialist." So I do not claim to have a "specialty." That said, I spend large portions of time practicing in the areas of Franchising, Petroleum Marketing, personal injury and workers' compensation.
