John K. With 30+ years of legal experience and over a decade dedicated to mediation, Mitchell resolves workplace conflict, investigations, customer & employee relations issues, structured workouts, real estate and finance disputes, cross‑border negotiations and government issues. As a bar member of the Supreme Court of the United States, Mediator for the U.S. District Court (Central District of California) and Head Mediator at Trusted Mediators International, Mitchell is known for resolving cases others consider unworkable, including matters involving violence, entrenched organizational dysfunction, and multi‑party, multi‑cultural disputes.
