Every case is unique and no promises are made, but a review in 2020 of a sampling of 24 sequential cases from a random period found seven case results were between $1 Million and $2.75 Million, six results were between $475,000 and $1 Million, and eleven results were between $100,000 and $475,000. I have co-counseled (and, in some cases, tried) cases with the greatest trial lawyers, including Bill Shernoff, James Crandall, Robert K. Scott, Neil Pedersen, Ken Gertz, Douglas DeVries, Tom Girardi, Walter Lack, Eric Schindler, James Roberts, James DeSimone, David Lipsky, Bob Warford, Bill Crosby, Ken Gertz, and Terry Anderlini. When I am taking cases (starting again in July or August 2021), I receive hundreds of referrals a year as I obtain great results, wonderful client praises and always pay a referral fee per State Bar Rules. I have been a speaker and, in some cases an author, on rainmaking, insurance, employment, and personal injury law for law schools, the O.C. I have my own firm and started representing plaintiffs in 1993 at Shernoff & Scott. I have litigated hundreds of insurance coverage/bad faith actions against insurers on many types of insurance. I presently litigate mostly employment cases (for employees), including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistle-blower, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour matters. I also litigate sexual assault, elder and sexual abuse, wrongful death, serious personal injury, professional negligence, business, false government claims and other cases.
