John Lacey

For nearly 30 years as a partner at Connell Foley, I have represented companies, executives and government officials in high-stakes litigation and in investigations conducted by federal and state agencies. As a former federal prosecutor, I also have personally conducted and overseen numerous internal investigations and handled crisis management for many corporate clients faced with urgent legal and business issues. My clients include some of the largest private and public employers in the state of New Jersey, as well as their executives. My work on behalf of clients ranges from representing health care clients, securities firms and other corporations in highly complex civil, administrative and criminal matters in New York and New Jersey, to conducting internal investigations for our corporate clients in matters involving employee misconduct.
