Practicing law 37 years 32 years helping people solve financial problems through bankruptcy. 29 years a Bankruptcy Trustee there are only 1,200 bankruptcy trustees in the United States. Every bankruptcy trustee is appointed by the US Dept of Justice. Bankruptcy Trustees supervise people and businesses in Chapter 7 cases. In 2011 I supervised approximately 1,400 Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases Specialties: Bankruptcy. both complex and simple cases. Many lawyers know the bankruptcy law from the perspective of representing debtors. Some know the bankruptcy law from the perspective of representing creditors and only a few know the law from the perspective a of a bankruptcy trustees.
