I have spent my entire legal career helping clients solve workers' compensation issues in North Carolina. I regularly assist self-insured employers by evaluating claims and assessing the client's potential exposure. Whenever possible, I settle claims quickly and efficiently. Whenever necessary, I defend clients before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and North Carolina appellate courts.A significant part of my practice also includes acting as a mediator for other parties.
