He has handled countless administrative appeals before state and federal administrative tribunals. John's appellate experience includes diverse cases covering such areas as First Amendment free speech/free exercise, CERCLA, ERISA, OSHA, international arbitration of antitrust disputes, commercial real estate contracts, commercial insurance coverage, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, civil rights, immigration, and workers' compensation.
