I offer services as a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (reorganization) attorney, assist and advise other attorneys about the Bankruptcy process and their individual cases, prepare and testify (if needed) as an Expert Witness for Bankruptcy Attorneys, and also work with individual or corporate clients to procure the return of their excess equity following the foreclosure of their home or business property. After purchasing multiple real estate properties in California and out of state during the early 2000's, I learned the nuances of property management, the escrow and title process, and handling mortgage company enforcement of their payment rights under both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure. This marked a natural progression into Chapter 11 practice and how to assist people and companies with their real estate and other obligations. Since 2010, I have focused my practice on helping people reorganize their assets including their real estate assets so that they can KEEP their properties, rather than liquidate of lose them in a Chapter 7 case. I have been very successful in this practice and have successfully confirmed virtually 100% of my Chapter 11 cases. I became so proficient at this practice that other attorneys would call me to ask me if I would assist them with their Chapter 11 cases. I have agreed to do this on multiple occasions as an Of Counsel or Co-Counsel with that attorney's firm with a mutually agreed upon start-up retainer from that attorney's firm. I can assist either represent a debtor or creditor based upon my extensive experience. Finally, I also assist former home and business owners to procure the return of their excess equity following foreclosure of their properties.
