I am a labor and employment litigator with Ogletree Deakins in Dallas, Texas, and have practiced law in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for more than 20 years. I represent Fortune 500 companies, sole proprietorships, and every size of employer in between. I have deep experience in civil rights and equal opportunity laws, discrimination claims, executive employment agreements, wage and hour issues, terminations, restrictive covenants, and whistleblower actions. I work on single plaintiff cases and nationwide class and collective actions. I also have a background in complex commercial litigation and business torts unrelated to employment. I work directly with and for C-suite executives on a regular basis.
