About Joel Rice
For nearly 25 years, I have defended employers in hundreds of employment-related matters. I have extensive experience in handling complex litigation matters--including collective and class actions under federal and state wage and hour laws. I counsel employers on all facets of employment law, including leave issues, harassment claims and pay practices, and assist employers with wage and hour audits and investigations. Another area of emphasis for me is litigation and advice concerning restrictive covenants and trade secrets.
