About Joel Borovsky
Joel J. Borovsky is Senior Associate Counsel for the United States House of Representatives Office of House Employment Counsel. As Senior Associate Counsel, Mr. Borovsky represents employing offices at the House of Representatives in employment disputes.Mr. Borovsky is a member of the Maryland Bar, District of Columbia Bar, Virginia Bar, US District Court for the District of Columbia, US District Court for the District of Maryland, US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, US District Court for the Western District of Virginia, US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, US Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the US Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Borovsky is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. He also received his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, in 2003 where he double majored in Politics and Economics.
