With over 20 years in employment law she has dedicated herself to helping her clients respond quickly and thoroughly to internal complaints. Jody's investigations and legal conclusions allow employers to get the information they need to solve complicated, legal conflicts before they blow up into expensive litigation. As an expert witness, Jody is qualified to testify regarding the adequacy of an employer’s investigation, the reasonableness of their conclusions the appropriateness of remedial measures taken, adequacy of employee handbooks and policies, reasonableness of steps taken to prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation, reasonable accommodations, the interactive process, the effectiveness of mandatory training programs, wrongful termination and wage and hour compliance.
