About Jing Wang
I've been a California attorney since 2014 and have run Kingswood Law for 12 years. I still do.After a decade inside the small-firm reality, one thing became impossible to ignore: 75% of U.S. lawyers work in firms with five attorneys or fewer. They handle much of the country's civil litigation. Yet most legal AI products since 2023 were built for the AmLaw 200。The firms that look like mine were structurally left out. Not by accident. By math. Seat economics don't work below $1M revenue per attorney. Workflow assumptions break when there is no doc review team.LEXVECTOR is the inverse bet. We're building the first multiplayer AI agent for litigation.Almost every legal AI product today is single-player: one attorney, one chatbot, one query at a time. That works for discrete research tasks. It does not match how litigation actually unfolds.Single-player AI is episodic where litigation is continuous. It speaks only to the attorney where the workflow requires client coordination. It forgets between sessions where the case demands memory across years.Multiplayer human-AI interaction is the architectural answer. Not a chatbot. Not document review. The system that lets a 3-attorney firm operate like a 30-attorney firm without hiring 27 people. The next two years will separate small firms that integrate AI as a working colleague from those that bolt it on as another tool and quietly fall behind.I think about this as a litigator first and a founder second. If that is a question you're sitting with — as a small-firm attorney watching the market shift, I'm reachable.
