Jillian McGuire

I am an attorney at Mackenzie Hughes in Syracuse, NY, where I primarily focus on divorce and family law issues, such as marital property distribution, alimony (maintenance), custody, child support, domestic violence orders of protection, and all other aspects of family law. I am from Syracuse originally, but left to attend college in Massachusetts and then law school in Virginia. After graduating from law school, I clerked for one year for the Honorable John H. Tisdale of the Circuit Court of Frederick County, Maryland. I then worked for a boutique family law firm in Rockville, Maryland, just outside Washington, DC. I practiced in both Maryland and D.C. In 2013, I moved back to Syracuse, joining Mackenzie Hughes and expanding our practice areas to include domestic litigation. In my spare time, I coach youth soccer and youth lacrosse.
