I help employers prevent problems and, when disputes arise, defends them in court and before administrative agencies. I partner with HR and in-house counsel to provide practical, business focused guidance on high stakes personnel decisions, policy development, workplace investigations, and reductions in force. My practice includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, leave management, workplace accommodations, employment contracts, and restrictive covenants, as well as class and collective actions, whistleblower claims, and trade secret/noncompete disputes. I present training on employment-related topics and frequently speaks and writes for HR and in-house audiences on compliance trends, best practices, and practical risk mitigation.
