Jessica Pride

Jessica Klarer Pride has been fighting for victims / survivors of sexual assault for over seventeen years. Jessica helps survivors of child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and sexual harassment in the workplace seek justice. Jessica provides compassionate, trauma-informed care, and truly cares about the survivor community as a whole. She goes the extra mile for her clients by providing a full-time in-house survivor advocate as a resource for her clients. Jessica is one of the only civil attorneys to offer this service because she understands the complexity of the experience the survivors and their families are going through. Jessica strives to provide trauma-informed service to her clients and has taken the crisis intervention training through Center for Community Solutions (CCS), a local rape crisis center. Jessica has been the President of the board of directors of CCS since 2017. Jessica is currently the Co-Chair of the Sexual Assault Litigation group at the American Association of Justice (AAJ). As co-chair, Jessica has trained hundreds of sexual assault attorneys across the country on how to provide trauma-informed litigation. Jessica represents the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) on the American Association of Justice (AAJ) Board of Governors.
