At that time, I focused exclusively on representing labor unions and workers in labor and employment matters. By the late 1990s, I added criminal defense to the legal services I provided. My criminal defense practice continued to grow. Today about 95+ percent of my representation is criminal defense in adult and juvenile delinquency cases. The remaining five percent or so consists of helping people secure pardons for their Connecticut criminal convictions.
