Jeremy Roux

Intellectual property litigation partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office, with a practice focusing on patent, complex commercial, and product liability litigation. Jeremy has extensive experience litigating cases in federal and state courts throughout the country, and has represented clients in matters involving a variety of technologies including medical devices, automotive components, databases and telematics technologies. In addition to trial work in the court system, he also has experience with other avenues of dispute resolution, including inter partes review and arbitration proceedings. Jeremy maintains an active pro bono practice, recently assisting a Chadian national obtain asylum in the United States and obtaining several trademarks for a local nonprofit.
