About Jeremy Rosenthal
Jeremy Rosenthal is a Board Certified Criminal Lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is currently designated as a Super Lawyer in Criminal law by Thomson Reuters. Jeremy was graduated from SMU Law School in 2000 and has tried over 200 cases to juries - virtually all criminal. He has secured acquittals and dismissals at every level of State Court for charges carrying up to life sentences down to misdemeanors. He is a founder and 2-time president of McKinney Bar Association in McKinney Texas. He serves on the board of directors of Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association where he serves as a committee chair. He is currently the Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Collin County Bar Association. Jeremy's writings have been published in Voice for the Defense Magazine and Jeremy has lectured to lawyers state-wide about criminal defense practices and techniques.
