About Jeremy Hylton
I am an Associate Attorney with Brach Eichler, PLLC. My current legal practice focuses on personal injury litigation and appellate advocacy. I also have substantial experience with hospital administration law, which included ensuring that health care facilities were compliant with state and federal laws and regulations. Prior to moving to New Jersey, I worked as a civil defense litigator in West Virginia for two years where my practice included general civil litigation, professional malpractice, and public entity defense. While I was a student at WVU Law, I received CALI Awards in Appellate Advocacy and Conflict of Laws. I developed my advocacy skills by competing in the National Moot Court Team in Richmond, Virginia. I was also a finalist in the Baker Cup Moot Court Competition, where my final argument was held before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Upon graduating, I was awarded membership into the Order of the Barristers, a national organization that recognizes distinctions in brief writing and advocacy. *No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey
