About Jeremy Goodman
I am a dedicated neutral arbitrating and mediating complex matters worldwide from my offices in Phoenix, Mexico City, and Southern Utah. I have extensive experience arbitrating and mediating disputes in a wide variety of matters. I have served on tripartite arbitration panels and as a sole arbitrator for claims exceeding $100,000,000 USD and on complex matters involving over fifty parties. In addition to arbitration and mediation, I am available to serve in other neutral roles including as special master, contract ombuds, organizational conflict coach, group facilitator, case evaluator, etc. On a limited and select basis, I still serve as an expert witness and advise select financial institutions and other creditor clients on sophisticated transaction, regulatory, or litigation matters.
