I’ve spent my career helping employers build better workplaces—ones where legal compliance, fairness, and good business sense align. As a Partner at Laner Muchin, I represent companies of all sizes, from local manufacturers and large hospitality groups to Fortune 500 giants, in labor relations, collective bargaining, and employment litigation.What drives me most is the people I represent. My clients work hard to do the right thing for their employees, often under tremendous pressure. My job is to help them prevent small issues from becoming major disputes—and when problems do arise, to resolve them with speed, strategy, and respect. I take that responsibility seriously.I’ve handled more than 50 labor arbitrations—over ten in a single year—and countless agency matters before the EEOC, NLRB, and Illinois Department of Human Rights, among many other state and local agencies. I’ve also helped clients negotiate complex collective-bargaining agreements, conduct sensitive internal investigations, and defend high-stakes discrimination and retaliation claims. Every case is different, but the approach is the same: prepare thoroughly, think clearly, and act decisively.What makes our firm different is how we serve.
