I’m a management-side labor and employment lawyer who seamlessly integrates with my clients’ teams to solve their most pressing workplace problems. I advise employers in all aspects of labor relations. I guide clients through union organizing campaigns. I represent clients in representation and unfair labor practice litigation before the National Labor Relations Board. I negotiate on behalf of clients in collective bargaining. I advocate for clients in the arbitration of grievances under collective bargaining agreements. I have experience dealing with many different unions in a wide array of industries. Guiding employers through the ever-changing matrix of local, state, and federal employment laws is also a significant part of my practice. When employers are faced with workplace-related lawsuits, I litigate on their behalf in state and federal court. Whether advising about a union organizing campaign or litigating discrimination cases in federal court, I do so with my client’s business goals in mind. I have been a contributing editor of The Developing Labor Law since 2015. I have been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Labor and Employment every year since 2016 and in 2021 was named “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers.
