Jennifer Svanfeldt represents and counsels employers in all facets of employment law and the employment relationship. She focuses her practice on employment litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, where she represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, including wage-and-hour class and representative actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate and other employment-related claims and non-competition/trade secret issues. Jennifer also counsels employers in areas of human resources management, including personnel policies, wage and hour issues, termination and performance management, disability accommodations, and compensation.
