Jennifer Mitchell

Jennifer is a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office. Her practice focuses in the areas of appellate advocacy, civil litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and workers’ compensation. She is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, and Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Jennifer was the law clerk for the Honorable Louis B. Meyer at the North Carolina Supreme Court and the Honorable Larry A. Klein at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeals. While in college, she was the research editor for the Wake Forest University Law Review.
